Whilst proper vigilance and care should always be taken where pool safety is concerned, there are various products on the market to assist in this area.

AQUAMATIC SAFETY COVER

All pools in this country need to have some form of cover, mainly for heat protection purposes, preventing water evaporation, chemical loss and to keep debris out of the pool.

Traditionally a Solar Blanket and a Winter Debris Cover are used to do this. Both covers require them to be put on and off the pool manually.

With an automaitic all you need is one cover and the turn of a key.

Safety must be of paramount importance when considering purchasing or inheriting a swimming pool, especially where children (and pets) are concerned. Purchasing a Safety Cover will alleviate all these concerns knowing that once the pool is covered nothing can enter the pool unless you turn the key.

TURTLE POOL ALARM

The child wears the turtle wristband which is matched to a monitor that can, for example, be in the kitchen. If the alarm is submerged under water, it activates the monitor. The turtles come in a choice of blue, red and green. The initial kit contains one turtle but additional turtles can be purchased but must be of the same colour.
